As our chickens were being carried off one by one by coyotes last Wednesday, this is where we were. Knowing that now takes some of the pleasure out of the afternoon.
Looks a bit California'ish' doesn't it? Hear the coyotes occasionally, saw one up the field on the north of the property yesterday. Must have been down by the fence the way the hens and the dogs were acting.
