And dead chickens, out in the noon day sun. David stuck his head out of the door and asked me why I was taking a picture of a dead chicken.
No, all was well, she was just having a snooze in the sun, on her side, wing extended.
And here's how the chicks looked yesterday, you can see the red really coming in on the one chick.

Loving the Lily! The ones at my Dad's house similar to that we call "Dreamsicle". Now that we've become Lily addicts and have a number of different colors, we have had to develop creative names to keep them straight.
